Dr. Leoni Joseph V. Leoni, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Joseph Leoni graduated Cum Laude from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania where he was honored with membership in the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa society. He received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed his internship and residency also at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Leoni served for two years as a surgeon in the United States Public Health Service in Boston, MA, and has published articles in various medical journals. He was certified by the American Board of Urology in 1978, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is a member of the American Urological Association, Philadelphia Urologic Society, American Association for Clinical Urologists, Reading Physicians Organization, and Berks County Medical Society. He has been with the group since 1976.

Dr. Miller Jay B. Miller, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Jay Miller is a native of York, PA. He received his A.B. degree and his Medical Degree from Cornell University. Dr. Miller served his internship and residency in general surgery at The Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, Mass. He received his urology training at The University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville, VA.

Dr. Miller is certified by the American Board of Urology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is a member of numerous other professional organizations.

Dr. Henry John M. Henry, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. John Henry graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Chemistry from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. There he was honored as being a Dana scholar, Herman scholar and elected to Phi Beta Kappa society.

Dr. Henry received his medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD. While at Johns Hopkins he performed research of the biology and treatment of prostate and bladder cancer. He has published on these topics in regard to this research.

At the University of Pennsylvania he served as an intern and resident in general surgery. He completed his urologic studies at the University of Pennsylvania. He performed his pediatric training at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

At the New York Hospital, Cornell University in New York he performed studies on microsurgical technique and has published on this research,

Dr. Henry remains active in urological research and has presented a number of papers at professional meetings. He is certified by the American Board of Urology, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Urological Association, Philadelphia Urologic Society, American Association for Clinical Urologists, Reading Physicians Organization, and Berks County Medical Society. He joined the practice in 1994.

Dr. Sihelnik Stephen A. Sihelnik, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Stephen Sihelnik is a native of Memphis, TN. He received his undergraduate degree from The United States Military Academy, West Point, NY. He received his Medical Degree from The University of Tennessee. After completing his internship and residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, D.C., he completed a fellowship in reconstructive urology and urodynamics at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC. Dr. Sihelnik was Chief, Reconstructive Urology and Director of the Urodynamics Laboratory at Walter Reed until his retirement from the military in 1994.

Dr. Sihelnik is certified by the American Board of Urology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of The Society of Genito-Urinary Reconstructive Surgeons and numerous other professional organizations.

Dr. FleischerAlan N. Fleischer, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Alan Fleischer received his Bachelor of Science from Bethany College in West Virginia in 1972. He received his medical degree from the Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines in 1977.

He served a clinical clerkship at the Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He completed his general surgery residency at the prestigious Beth Israel Medical Center from 1978-1980. Dr. Fleischer completed his urology residency at University of Vermont in 1983.

He has a special interest in treating men with impotency or erectile dysfunction (ED).

Dr. Fleischer was certified by the American Board of Urology in 1990 and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Urological Association, Philadelphia Urologic Society, American Association for Clinical Urologists, Reading Physicians Organization, and Berks County Medical Society. He joined the practice in 1997.

Dr.  Lee Jung P. Lee, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Lee received his medical degree from the Seoul National University in Korea. He completed his surgical residency at Harlem Hospital Center in New York and his urology residency at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, NY.

From 1972 until January 2006 he was in private practice in Reading, PA. In February 2006, Dr. Lee closed his solo practice and joined the Center for Urologic Care. He is on staff at St. Joseph Medical Center, Reading Hospital and Berks Urologic Surgery Center.

Dr. Lee is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Harris Constantine F. Harris, M.D.

Dr. Harris received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his surgical and urology residencies at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.

Dr. Harris joined Center for Urologic Care in August 2005 after completing his residency.

Dr. Harris is a member of the American Urological Association, American Association of Clinical Urologists, Pennsylvania Medical Society, Endourological Society, Urological Association of Pennsylvania and American Medical Association.

Dr. Harris is certified by the American Board of Urology.
