Answering Our Calls During Normal Business Hours

Our main telephone number (610) 372-8995 is answered from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, except when closed for a holiday.

Appointments

We try to see all patients on an appointment basis, and we request that you call in advance so that we can reserve time for you. When calling the office, please tell the receptionist the reason and need for your visit. This is very important in allowing us to reserve sufficient time for your visit with us. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. On occasion, emergencies can cause problems and whenever possible, you will be fully informed if there will be any delay because of this.

Emergency Care

We recognize that emergencies can arise and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. In the event of a severe situation, or one in which you are in doubt, go immediately to The Reading Hospital Emergency Room and ask them to contact your doctor. If the situation is not that severe, but one where you wish contact with your doctor, please call our office and the doctor will be in touch.

Telephone Calls

All patients are encouraged to call with any questions on medical problems. The office staff has been trained to answer many of your questions promptly. They will also relay your information to the doctor and your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.

After Hours Telephone Calls

If you find it necessary to contact the doctor after normal office hours, and it is not an emergency, you may leave a message in our voice mailbox and the doctor on call will return your call. If your call is of a more urgent nature, the answering service will forward all messages to the doctor on call. Your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.

Weather-Related Closures

We will announce any closures of our office due to inclement weather through WFMZ’s Stormcenter. You can check for closures on the Stormcenter website here.
