COVID-19 Update
The CDC has changed their guidance recommendations based on communication infection levels.
As of September 23, 2022, we will no longer require masks.
The community transmission levels are being monitored regularly, and the masking requirements will be changing in compliance with CDC recommendations.
For the health and wellness of all staff and patients, if a patient request a mask to be worn in their presence; we will honor this request.
